Legal & Contract Specialist (m/f/d)

About Stratasys

Stratasys is a global leader in 3D printing technology, transforming the way industries design, manufacture, and deliver products—from aerospace and automotive to healthcare and consumer goods. Join a dynamic, innovative company that’s at the forefront of additive manufacturing, where over 2,000 professionals worldwide work together to create breakthrough solutions and drive lasting change.

In this role, you will support our Legal EMEA team from our Rheinmünster office at Baden Airpark, reporting directly to the Director Legal EMEA. Initially focusing on standard contracts for our sales region—predominantly in English—you will gradually take on independent responsibility for drafting and negotiating these agreements. As you grow in your role, you’ll also participate in strategic projects in mergers & acquisitions, corporate housekeeping, and compliance. With a long-term perspective, you may eventually manage additional areas (such as Procurement or Employment Law) in collaboration with our global Legal & IP team.

What You’ll Do

  • Central Legal Support: Serve as the primary legal contact for our Sales, Service, and Marketing teams.
  • Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements (e.g., NDAs, sales contracts, and product purchase agreements) using established templates.
  • Corporate Housekeeping: Oversee the maintenance, preparation, and filing of key corporate documents, including board resolutions and registration updates.
  • Compliance Coordination: Assist in building and maintaining compliance systems by documenting processes, analysing regulatory requirements, and advising internal stakeholders.
  • Project Involvement: Collaborate with international legal and IP colleagues on special projects and initiatives, and prepare regular reports on legal developments for various departments.

Who You Are

  • You bring proven experience in contract management or possess a legal degree (German or international) with a strong motivation to develop into a contract specialist.
  • You have solid command of English (verbal and written) and are comfortable working in an international context.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, you thrive in a team environment and enjoy working closely with managers to achieve strategic business goals.
  • You are eager to learn and expand your expertise into areas such as M&A, compliance, or intellectual property law.

What We Offer

  • Hybrid Work Environment: Enjoy the flexibility of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
  • Competitive Benefits: Attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses, flexible working hours, a monthly 50€ credit on your Pluxee card, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Company Bike, Recognition Awards, pension plan and modern office facilities with free coffee, water, fruit and subsidized lunch.
  • Career Growth: Benefit from opportunities to expand into additional legal domains, alongside mentoring and training support.
  • International Exposure: Work within a diverse global team, dealing with a wide range of legal matters in an international and dynamic environment.
  • Innovative Culture: Join a company that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement—where your ideas contribute directly to shaping the future of 3D printing.
