We are expanding our team and seeking a Legal Associate to leverage their knowledge to help us increase the visibility and usage of our products and services.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal guidance on global workforce management, including hiring, terminations, remote work regulations, and expatriate employment.
• Draft, review, and update employment contracts to ensure compliance with local labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft and review commercial, service, and partnership agreements.
• Assist in contract negotiations to mitigate legal risks and meet business objectives.
• Monitor updates in employment, licensing, and data protection laws internationally.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external legal counsel as needed.
• Offer day-to-day legal guidance to leadership and other departments.
• Support development and implementation of compliance policies and internal controls.
• Maintain legal documentation, contract databases, and compliance records.
• Conduct legal research on new regulations impacting fintech industries.

Requirements :

• Law degree (5-year program) from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years legal experience, preferably in corporate law, employment law, fintech, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of international employment laws, corporate governance, and contract law.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents; knowledge of GDPR, AML, KYC, and financial regulations is advantageous.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
