Qualifikationen

Legal Advisor & Labor Relations Manager (m/f/d)

As a Legal Advisor & Labor Relations Manager, you will:

• Prepare and conduct court hearings in employment law matters.
• Provide legal support for HR projects, management, and supervisors on labor law issues.
• Handle collective labor law issues and work with HR to ensure labor relations strategies and legal compliance.
• Support negotiations and drafting of works agreements with the works council.
• Establish processes with the works council and ensure they are legally compliant and aligned with company goals.
• Monitor changes in employment law and advise on policy adjustments.
• Train HR and management on relations with the works council and employment law changes.

What you bring:

• A law degree with at least a state examination or equivalent, with additional qualifications in HR management or employment law preferred.
• Several years of experience in German labor law, ideally with works councils, in a legal department or law firm.
• Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
• Team-oriented with a process-driven and structured approach.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
