Klpierre in Germany is looking for a Leasing Manager (m / f / d). The workplace is in Duisburg.

Summary of the position

1. Profitoriented leasing of shopping centers
2. Identification and acquisition of national and international tenants through active approach
3. Development and implementation of marketing strategies while monitoring marketability as well as independent implementation of all measures including budget creation and responsibility
4. Creation of individual offers and independent contract negotiations up to the successful conclusion of the lease (new leases and existing leases)
5. Development and expansion of a resilient network of relevant retailers / market participants

Who we are looking for

1. Degree / training in the field / focus of real estate
2. Professional experience and success in the development of leasing strategies as well as active leasing of retail real estate
3. Confident negotiation skills with a strong personality, a confident, professional, friendly, and engaging manner, and a passion for the retail real estate industry
4. Very good written and spoken English
