Support our long-term learning strategy, fostering a culture of continuous and self-directed learning and improvement.
Lead instructional design projects and create engaging learning programs (digital, classroom, and blended), collaborating with subject matter experts on various training topics, including product training, HSE, and IT topics.
Introduce and promote innovative learning methods to enhance the learning experience.
Administer the learning management system (Cornerstone), manage training resources, and oversee global training initiatives and digital training projects.
Support onboarding initiatives to ensure new employees are effectively integrated into the organization.
Possess exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and execution capability, while enjoying working in an agile manner within networked and interdisciplinary teams.
University degree or equivalent in a learning or instructional design related field.
Ideally first experience in learning or people development, with a strong background in instructional design and training.
Familiarity with standard content creation tools, preferably PowerPoint, Articulate 360, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience with Cornerstone would be beneficial.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German.
Digital savvy.
