A Learning Experience Designer (LXD) independently owns detailed learning design, development, production, and quality for assigned workstreams and appropriately scoped projects. The LXD combines mature learning-design judgment with demonstrated AI-enabled and agentic production capability to produce high-quality work with greater speed, scale, consistency, and reliability. On larger, more complex engagements, the LXD collaborates with a Learning Solutions Consultant and project team to translate diagnosed needs and agreed solution direction into detailed learning designs and production-ready experiences. The Consultant retains overall project and client accountability, while the LXD owns detailed learning-design and production decisions within the agreed solution direction. When no Consultant is assigned, the LXD may directly own appropriately scoped projects, maintenance, and updates.

The annual pay range for this position is $65,800 (minimum), $99,400 (midpoint), and $133,000 (maximum).*
