Learning & Development Specialist, Leading Private Markets Investment Firm, Frankfurt, Germany

Our client, a leading international private markets investment firm, is currently looking to hire a Learning and Development Specialist into their Frankfurt team. The fund, which operates across Europe, has a consistently strong track record of investing in and transforming businesses across multiple sectors. Due to recent growth and the increased success within the people function, the firm is now looking to add a Learning and Development Specialist to support all talent and learning activity across the firm.

As the Learning and Development Specialist, you will immediately be afforded some great exposure and a wide range of responsibilities. Working closely with the HR Director, you will partner with Analyst through to MD level colleagues, ensuring that all training, talent, and learning is delivered to a high standard.

• Collaborate with all levels of the business to identify skills gaps and training needs
• Create, structure, and implement tailored training programmes focusing on a wide range of skills
• Facilitate in-house training sessions, workshops, and seminars
• Work closely with the wider people team to integrate learning initiatives into performance management
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure the relevance of training content
• Manage relationships with external training providers and consultancy firms

• Previous experience of working within private equity
• Proven experience of creating, structuring, and implementing training
• Experience of delivering training for Analyst through to Managing Director level
• Experience of liaising with/instructing external service providers
• Confident working closely with and presenting to senior stakeholders
