Job Description:

You will be responsible for organizing, conducting, and developing targeted training programs for blue-collar workers, evaluating training effectiveness, managing our Learning Management System, and collaborating with external training providers and internal HR partners. Your role will also involve advising leadership on development initiatives and maintaining communication about training opportunities.

Profile:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field.
  • Several years of experience in HR or organizational development, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of modern HR development methods and tools.
  • Interest in technology, production, and AI applications; proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented, proactive.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
