Your Responsibilities

As an owner-managed logistics service provider with Hanseatic roots, the company, founded in 1879, is now present worldwide. With 93 offices and over 3,150 employees across more than 24 countries, the Leschaco Group is a key player where industry and trade need us.

We develop tailor-made concepts in sea and air freight, contract logistics, and tank containers. As a Digital Learning Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing our internal learning programs. Your responsibilities include conceptualizing, developing, and implementing our digital Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning content.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conceptualization, development, and management of digital courses in the LMS, including related digital learning materials.
2. Designing interactive learning materials, videos, simulations, and other digital formats.
3. Analyzing, optimizing, and expanding training content on our internal learning platform.
4. Incorporating gamification elements and innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.
5. Managing our global digital SharePoint, creating e-learning content and video tutorials.
6. Reporting and visualizations for strategic analysis and improvement of training materials.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in educational technology, instructional design, or a related field.
• Experience in e-learning content development and digital learning platforms.
• Creative in designing engaging and effective learning materials.
• Good communication skills, initiative, and a structured, team-oriented work approach.
• Optional: Experience in process management, analytical and conceptual skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365, especially SharePoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar audio/video editing software, and HTML knowledge is desirable.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement.
