Lean Manager - Germany, Frankfurt - 12 Months Initial Contract. Are you a Lean Manager looking for your next contract role? Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi-Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Lean strategies tailored to pharmaceutical construction environments (e.g., cleanrooms, GMP utilities)
- Facilitate value stream mapping, pull planning, and Last Planner System sessions with cross-functional teams
- Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Lead Kaizen events and root cause analysis workshops to resolve bottlenecks
- Collaborate with construction teams and commissioning to align Lean practices with cGMP compliance, in line with a fast-track schedule
- Construction schedule optimisation – break down long-term plans into smaller parts to improve process efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to senior leadership
- Coach project teams on Lean tools such as 5S, visual management, standard work, and takt planning
- Support digital Lean initiatives (e.g., BIM integration, digital dashboards)
