Franklin Fitch is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and drive operational excellence in a manufacturing setting in Germany. The role focuses on analyzing end-to-end processes, developing KPIs and dashboards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to embed sustainable improvements.

You will leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities, support strategic decisions and deliver measurable performance gains.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt desirable).
• Experience with process mapping and data analysis.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Analysing end-to-end processes using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), DMAIC and Kaizen methodologies.
• Using data to identify opportunities, improve performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Developing KPIs, dashboards and business cases to drive measurable results.
• Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to embed sustainable process improvements and operational best practices.

In addition:

• Define and refine KPIs and performance measurement frameworks; analyze operational and financial data to evaluate trends, improvement results, capacity, and productivity.
• Prepare dashboards, analyses, business cases, and ROI estimates that support leadership decision-making and prioritization.
• Perform workflow, time-based, and process analyses to inform optimization recommendations and support planning activities.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years' experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement or a similar role within manufacturing
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt is highly desirable).
• Experience with process mapping, data analysis and performance reporting.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
