We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position Lean Industrial System Design Engineer (d/f/m).

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the conception of industrial systems for Airbus Plants and Final Assembly Lines for both future and existing programs.
2. Support key industrialization projects with manufacturing line design skills to ensure tangible benefits and long-term performance.
3. Evaluate current and future industrial solutions and provide recommendations to industrial architects using Airbus's digital capabilities.
4. Develop manufacturing line design workflows aligned with business priorities.

Your profile:

1. Completed studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
2. Over two years of professional experience in interface management.
3. Over three years of experience in manufacturing engineering, production planning/control, or process improvement.
4. Mandatory experience in lean manufacturing and industrial system conception.
5. Good knowledge of change management and KAIZEN.
6. Excellent knowledge of lean management principles.
7. Proficiency in Google Workspace.
8. German language skills are a plus.
9. Willingness to travel approximately once per month within Europe.
