Role and Responsibilities

• Facilitate executive coaching (individual and cohort-based)
• Lead strategic planning and board governance workshops
• Deliver organizational consulting services, including performance and compensation evaluation
• Contribute thought leadership and support Humanidei’s visibility in the industry through speaking, writing, and content marketing

This is a high-impact role for a consultant with deep expertise in leadership development and a strong understanding of the credit union system. The right candidate will bring a combination of subject matter expertise, exceptional facilitation skills, and a passion for people-centered transformation.
