The main mission of the team is to develop the necessary talent for reaching AVIV ambitions & to unlock the career aspirations of AVIVers within the company.
This role will focus on growing leadership capabilities and foster Impactful Leadership @AVIV. From designing to delivering programs, from assessing leadership development initiatives to creating strategies for growth, while ensuring alignment between leadership practices and organizational, business goals. This role sits in the Learning & Talent Management Center of Excellence, reporting into the Head of.
