Responsibilities
  • Implement people strategy goals within the Production & Technology Department for Central & Northern Europe, advising the Technical Director on strategic HR matters and internal communication.
  • Manage regional internal communication initiatives, developing content for platforms, journals, and meetings to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Develop leadership competencies through programs and manage change initiatives focused on safety culture and people-driven transformation.
  • Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and programs like the Young Engineers Program, Graduate Program Operations, and technical seminars.
  • Promote employee engagement and professional development in collaboration with regional and global teams.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Psychology (Leadership focus), or similar, with certifications in Leadership and Cultural Change Management.
  • Proven experience as HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in building materials or complex organizations.
  • Strong background in Leadership Development, Change, and Communication Management in an international setting.
  • Innovative, results-oriented, proactive, with excellent stakeholder management and networking skills.
