As they expand their development capabilities, they’re looking to hire an experienced Team Lead – Software Development (C# & .NET) for their office in Duisburg to help build and guide a new team.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead a cross-functional agile development team , providing both technical direction and people management
• Drive the recruitment, growth, and development of your team
• Play a hands-on role in the design and development of software solutions using the .NET stack
• Continuously improve and scale existing architectures , including client-server models , microservices , Blazor , and API integrations
• Ensure the timely delivery of reliable, high-quality software
• Oversee project planning , including resource management and budget tracking
• Manage agile workflows , sprint planning, and process optimization using Scrum or Kanban
• Collaborate closely with other internal teams and departments to align goals and solutions

What You Bring :

• A degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT qualification
• Prior leadership experience in a software development setting is an advantage
• Deep technical expertise in C#, .NET , REST APIs , microservices , and Blazor , as well as a solid grasp of HTML, CSS , and modern web technologies
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and current software engineering practices
• Proficiency with tools like Jira , Confluence , and Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines is a plus
• Excellent communication skills , a team-oriented mindset, and high self-motivation
• Fluency in German , both spoken and written
