1. Lead and develop a team of Project Quality Engineers
2. Support customer projects and implement quality requirements
3. Conduct audits, process approvals, and sampling
4. Manage customer complaints and report quality metrics
5. Have solid experience in project quality within the automotive sector
6. Possess expert knowledge in IATF 16949 and VDA standards
7. Speak and write English confidently, with an analytical and goal-oriented working style
8. Have leadership experience and strong team skills
9. Excellent German and English language skills are required
