1. Leading and developing a team of Project Quality Engineers
2. Supporting customer projects and implementing quality requirements
3. Conducting audits, process approvals, and sampling
4. Managing customer complaints and reporting quality metrics
5. Having solid experience in project quality within the automotive sector
6. Expert knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA standards
7. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with an analytical and goal-oriented work approach
8. Leadership experience and strong team skills
9. Excellent German and English language skills are required
