Sie werden der Commercial Bank Tribe Domain beitreten, die sich auf die besonderen Bedürfnisse von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen in Deutschland konzentriert, einem ausgewiesenen Wachstums- und Investitionsbereich innerhalb der Corporate Bank.

Wir sind verantwortlich für die digitale Transformation von etwa 800.000 Kunden in 3 Marken, d.h. die Einrichtung der BizBanking-Plattform einschließlich der Entwicklung digitaler Vertriebs- und Serviceprozesse sowie der Automatisierung von Prozessen für dieses Kundensegment. Unser Tribe befindet sich auf einer Reise der umfassenden Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen und der Migration unserer Anwendungen in die Cloud. Als Lead Solution Architect AI (f / m / x) werden Sie daran arbeiten, KI-Lösungen für unsere digitalen Serviceprozesse zu entwerfen.

Responsibilities – German

• Empfehlung und Gestaltung geeigneter KI-Lösungen und -Dienste zur Automatisierung unserer Serviceprozesse
• Analyse bestehender Prozesse, zugrunde liegender Systemlandschaften und Entwicklung von Plänen und Roadmaps für KI-basierte Automatisierung auf Basis von Geschäftsanforderungen für zukünftige Prozesse
• Lösungsdesign komplexer Prozesse, Definition strategischer und nachhaltiger Lösungen innerhalb unserer IT-Infrastruktur
• Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären agilen Team mit geteilter Verantwortung und hoher Autonomie und aktive Teilnahme an der Engineering-Community, Teilen Ihres Wissens und Aufbau eines soliden Netzwerks

Commercial Banking Tribe Domain

You’ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe Domain, focusing on the special needs of small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.

We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800,000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.

Our tribe is on a journey of extensive digitalisation of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. We work in an agile setup with stakeholders and engineers from other areas to achieve a highly automated and adaptable process and application landscape.

As a Lead Solution Architect AI (f / m / x) you will be working to design AI solutions for our digital servicing processes.

Responsibilities – English

• Recommendation and design of appropriate AI solutions and services for automation of our service processes
• Analysis of existing processes, underlying system landscape and development of plans and roadmaps for AI-based automation based on business requirements for future process
• Solution design of complex processes, definition of strategic and sustainable solutions within our IT infrastructure
• Working in a cross disciplined agile team with shared responsibility and high autonomy and actively engage in the engineering community, share your knowledge and build up a solid network

Your skills and experiences – English

• A master's or Ph.D. degree in computer science and several years of working experience as solution architect for Artificial Intelligence in financial industry
• Profound experience in AI & Machine Learning frameworks, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering and Data Science
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in programming languages and tools, especially Java, APIs, databases, CI / CD pipeline
• Very good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills (fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus)
