Job summary

Code Compass in Hannover (Germany) seeks a Lead Software Engineer – .NET & Web (m/f/d) to join a senior engineering team. You will stay hands-on with development while taking ownership of technical design, architecture and engineering standards.

This role offers a mix of C#/.NET and modern web development, with influence on how new applications are designed and built. You will mentor engineers, drive API design and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

We're partnering with an established software engineering organisation delivering complex software solutions for customers across a range of industries.

This is an opportunity to join a senior engineering team working across both C#/.NET and modern web applications. You'll remain hands-on with development while taking ownership of technical design, architecture and engineering standards.

The role offers a genuine mix of .NET software engineering and modern web development, with the opportunity to influence how new applications are designed and built.

What You'll Be Doing
