ALTEOS in Berlin is seeking a capable software engineering leader to take technical ownership of Configuration Experience, shaping how the team delivers insurance systems. You’ll code hands-on in Node.js and TypeScript, write RFCs, build PoCs, and ship features while guiding product decisions with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Solid hands-on experience as a software engineer with Node.js and TypeScript.
• First experience leading or managing people — you don't need years of management under your belt, but you've done it at least once and want to grow into it further.
• Full-stack understanding across frontend and backend, with a cloud-agnostic mindset.
• Solid experience working with AI tools in your engineering workflow — Harnesses, delegating tasks to subagents, orchestrating multi-agent setups, and similar. Clear communicator, motivated to grow into building and guiding a team over time.
• Insurance or finance experience is a plus.
