Start as Lead Software Engineer (f/m/d).

Your Profile
- Passionate Builder: Hands-on and excited about creating customer-focused software and products.
- Tech Savvy: Experienced with various technologies; you write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Lean and Agile Mindset: Comfortable with lean/agile methodologies in fast-paced settings.
- Great Communicator: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Good Practice Lover: Enthusiastic about APIs, test-driven development, and consumer-driven contracts with REST or gRPC.
- Eternal Learner: Always curious and up-to-date with the latest tech trends.
- Team Player: Promote knowledge sharing, close collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Go-Getter: Outcome-driven, take ownership, and you get things done.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience weaving compliance and regulatory needs (like BaFin) into the product delivery process.
- Worked with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google, IBM) and know your way around containers and schedulers like Docker/gVisor, Kubernetes, or serverless.
- A knack for automation to cut down on waste where it makes sense.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Technology Stack
We love using the right tools for the job, so our tech stack keeps evolving. Currently, we're into:
- Basics: Kotlin, Java, Golang, TypeScript, React, SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as event sourcing infrastructure (nats, kafka).
- Infrastructure & CI/CD: Containers, Kubernetes, GitOps (FluxCD), Azure Pipelines.
- Cloud Providers: Azure, AWS and IBM Cloud Private (compliance is key!).
- Workflow: Portfolio Kanban.
