This is a high-impact Full Stack role for engineers who enjoy building clean, collaborative, developer-focused experiences. You’ll build and contribute to major features across the core platform. On a pathway to also help build and grow your own team from scratch.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and leadership to improve performance, stability, and scalability across the entire platform.

Must have :

Several years in full stack or backend-heavy development

Strong with JavaScript / TypeScript and SQL

Solid CS fundamentals and distributed systems knowledge

Experience with modern web development

Comfortable leading on architecture, design, and review

Fluent English and strong communication

Nice to have :

Experience with React, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure

Fluent German

Background in logging / monitoring systems

Desire to lead and mentor a growing engineering team
