This is a high-impact Full Stack role for engineers who enjoy building clean, collaborative, developer-focused experiences. You’ll build and contribute to major features across the core platform and have the opportunity to help build and grow your own team from scratch.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and leadership to improve performance, stability, and scalability across the entire platform.

Must have :

Several years of experience in full stack or backend-heavy development

Strong skills in JavaScript / TypeScript and SQL

Solid CS fundamentals and knowledge of distributed systems

Experience with modern web development

Comfortable leading architecture, design, and review processes

Fluent English and strong communication skills

Nice to have :

Experience with React, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure

Fluent German language skills

Background in logging / monitoring systems

Desire to lead and mentor a growing engineering team
