Job summary

Filics is building a robust supply chain from scratch to scale its autonomous intralogistics robots. You will own sourcing, securing, and managing every component, working closely with engineering and leadership.

The role offers an on-site/hybrid setup in Munich and requires hands-on experience with hardware procurement, ERP rollouts, and supplier management, with English communication at a high level.

Qualifications

• Several years in supply chain, procurement or sourcing for hardware products (e.g., robotics, automotive, machinery, electronics).
• Experience building supply chain structures from ground up, ideally from prototype to series production.
• Hands-on experience setting up or rolling out an ERP system.
• Solid grasp of BOMs, component sourcing, supplier qualification and supplier quality.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience closing supplier contracts.
• Hands-on, structured approach: prioritize, adapt without defined processes, deliver.
• Clear, concise communication in English.

• Inform decisions: Turn supply analysis into input for leadership's volume commitments.
• Drive cost down: Once supply is robust, reduce component prices toward a leaner bill of materials.

Filics is reinventing intralogistics with autonomous mobile robots that change how material moves. Our double-runner system makes Filics the first and only AMR that can drive through load carriers such as Euro pallets. That breaks forklift logic and sets a new standard for efficiency. The Challenge

Our robots are built from hundreds of components. Many are single-sourced and most aren't under contract yet. As we move from prototypes to serial production, one missing part can stop the whole line. We need a supply chain that knows exactly what we depend on, secures it before it becomes a risk, and holds up as volumes grow, all while production is already running.

The Mission

Build a robust supply chain from scratch so we can build our robots reliably as we scale. You take full ownership of how we source, secure and manage every component.

What You'll Do
