As Chapter Lead and Product Manager for BestSecret's SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Management solution in the Master Data Management (Governance) domain, you will be responsible for enabling and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.

Your responsibilities:

1. Maintain recognized expert knowledge in Master Data Management domains and provide definitive advice.
2. Design and develop the roadmap for the current S/4 HANA Digital Core solution and oversee the delivery of solutions in integration with peripheral application systems.
3. Promote Master Data Governance best practices within the organization and support process and organizational development.
4. Assess emerging technologies for their potential impact, threats, and opportunities to the organization.
5. Contribute to lean solution architecture development, reviewing software and data models for security and scalability aligned with IT standards.
6. Manage stakeholder expectations regarding solution delivery, process alignment, and technology development to support business needs and continuous improvement.
7. Recruit, allocate resources, and mentor team members effectively.

Your qualifications:

1. Operational experience with SAP S/4 HANA MDM, with in-depth knowledge of core data objects such as Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment, and data distribution methods.
2. Strong understanding of tech and business processes in SAP X-functional master data management.
3. Experience with SAP Retail or Fashion solutions; retail, e-commerce, or fashion industry experience is a plus.
4. Proven functional consulting experience with a process-oriented mindset.
5. Experience working in a product-led solution environment.
6. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
