We are seeking a Chapter Lead and Product Manager for the BestSecret SAP S / 4 HANA Fashion Management solution in the Master Data Management (Governance) domain. You will be responsible for enabling and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.

Your responsibilities

1. Maintain recognized expert knowledge in Master Data Management domains and provide definitive advice.
2. Develop and oversee the roadmap for the current S / 4 HANA Digital Core solution, supervising the delivery of planned solutions and integration with peripheral systems.
3. Promote best practices in Master Data Governance within the organization and support process and organizational development to align with the business model.
4. Assess emerging technologies and external environment to evaluate their impact, threats, and opportunities for the organization.
5. Contribute to lean solution architecture development, review software and data models for security and scalability, ensuring alignment with IT governance standards.
6. Manage stakeholder expectations regarding solution delivery, process alignment, and technology development to support business queries and continuous improvement.
7. Recruit, allocate resources, and mentor team members, demonstrating strong people and resource management skills.

Your qualifications

1. Operational experience with SAP S / 4 HANA MDM, with in-depth knowledge of core data objects such as Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment, and data distribution methods.
2. Strong understanding of tech and business processes in SAP cross-functional master data management.
3. Experience with SAP Retail or Fashion solutions; previous projects in retail, e-commerce, or fashion are advantageous.
4. Proven experience in functional consulting with a process-oriented approach.
5. Experience working in a product-led solution environment.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and opinions to stakeholders.
