Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Owner to lead and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring platform stability, data quality, and performance.

• Own and enhance our Salesforce environment, focusing on configuration, automation, and governance.
• Review solutions, support complex issues, and uphold quality standards within the Admin team.
• Collaborate with Developers to ensure scalable and aligned solutions.
• Drive change management, documentation, and lifecycle processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions with Product Managers, Admins, and Developers.
• Implement new features and train users.
• Mentor Admin team members and contribute to project communication across teams.

Operational Excellence

• Monitor and improve system performance and integrations.
• Manage support processes and resolve high-priority tickets.
• Contribute to GDPR compliance, audit controls, MFA/SSO strategies, and access improvements.
• Participate in CI/CD deployments using GitHub.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in a complex environment.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration and relevant certifications preferred.
• Understanding of data architecture and platform scalability.
• Experience working in agile teams with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to review solutions, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Comfort with APEX, Java, or integration frameworks; bonus for Talkdesk CTI, middleware, or GitHub experience.
