We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Sales Development Representative (f/d/m) who enjoys mentoring our SDR team and directly contributing to the pipeline by converting cold leads into valuable opportunities.

YOUR MISSION
  • Provide daily coaching, support, and feedback to the SDR team, monitoring performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Management duties will constitute 50% of the role.
  • Research and connect with key decision-makers via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This individual work will make up the remaining 50%.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and improve processes.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop strategies that drive revenue.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand our global market presence.
  • Utilize tools like Amplemarket and Salesforce to optimize outreach efforts and track progress.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Proven experience in an SDR or business development role, with leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
  • Success in outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting, and meeting quotas, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales.
  • Motivation to exceed targets and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, structured approach to teamwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across departments.
  • Fluency in English required; German is a plus.
  • Valid work permit for Germany.
