Who we are

Technology with Soul. SECJUR is a rapidly growing legal tech company that has been changing the compliance market significantly since its founding in 2018. Our self-developed and AI-powered SaaS automation platform, the Digital Compliance Office, supports Startups and SMEs with compliance challenges such as data protection, information security or anti-money laundering.

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Lead Product Manager (all genders) to start as soon as possible, ideally in Porto, Portugal.

Your creative field

Are you ready to shape the future of our Digital Compliance Office (short DCO) platform?
In this role, you will quickly take on responsibility, develop a deep understanding of our product and work hand in hand with the team. You will take responsibility for the technical development of the DCO platform, make the development process more efficient and achieve clear improvements in usability and functionality. Long-term, you will play a central role in the continuous development of the platform, contribute creative ideas and make a significant contribution to the growth of the company.

Your main tasks are:

  • You develop and maintain the developer roadmap for our DCO platform based on company goals, market analysis and feedback from our users.
  • You take care of the creation of product requirements and coordinate the implementation with the development team.
  • You prioritize features and find the balance between the different stakeholder requirements.
  • You ensure continuous improvements to the user-friendliness and quality of the DCO platform.
  • You support the marketing and sales team with your in-depth product knowledge, develop product demos, training courses and information materials and thus help colleagues to understand and communicate innovations in DCO.


Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or a related field
  • Experience in product management of SaaS platforms and the application of agile methods, combined with a solid understanding of compliance issues and regulatory requirements
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and communication with various stakeholders
  • In-depth experience in data-based product analysis
  • Technical understanding of platform architecture and ideally experience with AI-powered tools or even as a software developer
  • Confident in communicating in German and English, both written and verbal
