Lead Product Designer

We are hiring a Lead Product Designer, who will have strategic impact across the company. We are looking for an individual contributor who can drive forward product discovery and excite people across the company as an ambassador for our product culture. You will be part of our Technology Leadership Team and report to the CTPO.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design Leadership:

• Influence and contribute to our product roadmap
• Excite people across the company for modern product practices
• Educate teams around continuous discovery habits, facilitating engaging workshops, working with opportunity-solution trees, and being customer-centric
• Mentor our Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to think problem-focused and outcome-driven
• Potential to manage a team of product designers, as we grow our team (no timeline yet)

Strategic Impact:

• Have significant influence on our strategy by helping define and build our AI-enabled retail platform
• Work with empowered product teams that solve high-impact business problems across our global supply chain and for our almost 30 brand teams
• Advocate for the needs of our platform users and become their trusted partner

Individual Contributor:

• Be an individual contributor and work closely with product teams and stakeholders to discover and build solutions that have a high impact for our business
• Run discovery workshops, interview our stakeholders, establish short feedback cycles, identify strategic opportunities, foster knowledge sharing
• Design user-centric solutions that are easy to build and adopt
• Share findings with our senior leadership team and help them understand how and why decisions are made

Your Background:

• Pragmatic mindset - the ability to adapt to change, navigate ambiguity, take the initiative and proactively solve issues.
• Extensive experience in facilitating engaging workshops with product teams, stakeholders, and customers
• Experience with AI-based products – such as AI Agents, chatbots, LLM-based text tools, and predictive services – and their unique challenges
• PLUS: Experience with business process automation, supply chain, and retail
• Excellent communication skills
