• Ensure client standards are followed by all involved parties.
• Coordinate design reviews and lead clash detection meetings.
• Support module owners throughout the design phases.
• Prioritize and schedule design efforts with project lead.

Jobbeschreibung

• Ensure all the client standards are understood and followed by module owners, consultants, contractors, and OEMs
• Utilizing outside consultants, ensure that all designs meet applicable codes and standards
• Ensure lessons learned are incorporated into project design
• Interface with OEMs, project personnel, and consultants to ensure all process design parameters are met
• Ensure module owners are properly supported throughout the design phases of the project, including the NOC and RFI processes during construction. This will include setting expectations, reviewing progress, and assigning additional resources as required.
• With the project lead, ensure design review coordination and participation
• Lead client representation for the clash detection meetings
• Interfacing for the Project Lead
• In conjunction with the project lead, prioritize and schedule design efforts to meet both the design deliverables and the overall project timeline

Requirements :

• Attention to detail with excellent judgment and ability to work with confidential documents and information
• Ability to lead and work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Strong project and change management skills, familiarity with project management approaches and tools required
• Communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal as well as written form, with all levels of internal stakeholders and the ability to influence others towards a common goal
• Active listening skills and manage upwards, ability to negotiate between conflicting stakeholders and anticipate their needs.
• Organizaition skills, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks with frequent, tight deadlines.
• A strong professional experience in food industry is definitely a plus.
