You will optimize HR processes with digital tools, support onboarding/offboarding, manage payroll-related activities, and contribute to change management and HR projects in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in HR operations, HR administration or a comparable role.
• Completed degree, vocational training in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in HR processes, documentation and systems.

• Manage operational People processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Prepare and coordinate employment-related documentation with a focus on accuracy and legal compliance.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities to deliver a smooth employee experience.
• Coordinate and facilitate payroll-related processes in cooperation with internal teams and external providers.
• Maintain HR systems and prepare accurate reports and analyses.
• Respond to employee queries in a solution-oriented manner using digital tools and platforms.
• Support administrative tasks related to business travel and international relocations.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all relevant legal and internal regulations.
• Drive process improvement, digitalization initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to HR projects, health and safety programs and change management activities.
