Qualifikationen

• 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem kunststoffverarbeitenden Unternehmen.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich.

Aufgaben

• Sicherstellen reibungsloser Produktionsprozesse und hohe Verfügbarkeit von Geräten.
• Unterstützung und Bericht an den Supervisor im täglichen Betrieb.
• Überwachung, Verbesserung und Optimierung der Prozesse.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth production processes and high availability of equipment and machinery
• Supporting and reporting to the Supervisor in daily operations
• Ensuring compliance with standardized work procedures
• Monitoring, improving, and optimizing processes regarding quality, output, and 5S standards
• Applying Quality Basics, at minimum for first-off inspections, self-inspections, and final inspections
• Training employees and onboarding new team members
• Monitoring production materials
• Ensuring customer quality requirements are met
• Operating machines and working at individual workstations
• Packing and labeling customer containers according to existing work and inspection instructions

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training
• 2–3 years of professional experience in a plastics processing company
• Good manual and technical skills
• A true team player with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Windows XP, Word, Excel and SAP
• German language skills (spoken and written) are required; additional languages are a plus
