As Teamlead HR & IT, you will be responsible for leading and developing our People & Culture team and managing our Office IT team. You can choose to work at our locations in Konstanz or Munich, or in a hybrid setup.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Lead a 3-person People & Culture team both technically and disciplinarily.
  • Disciplinary leadership of a 2-person Office IT team.
  • Coordinate with management to implement strategic HR initiatives and advance our new work approaches.
  • Develop and optimize core processes and policies, including administrative workflows, personnel planning, development, retention, and performance management.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all HR processes across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Advise managers and leadership on employment law and HR-related issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group recruiting team to ensure effective recruitment.
  • Manage budgets within your areas.

  • Extensive experience in a generalist HR role and several years of leadership experience.
