As Teamlead HR & IT, you will be responsible for leading and developing our People & Culture team and managing our Office IT team. You can choose to work at our locations in Konstanz or Munich, or in a hybrid setup.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Lead a 3-person People & Culture team both technically and disciplinarily.
- Disciplinary leadership of a 2-person Office IT team.
- Coordinate with management to implement strategic HR initiatives and advance our new work approaches.
- Develop and optimize core processes and policies, including administrative workflows, personnel planning, development, retention, and performance management.
- Ensure smooth execution of all HR processes across the full employee lifecycle.
- Advise managers and leadership on employment law and HR-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Group recruiting team to ensure effective recruitment.
- Manage budgets within your areas.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Extensive experience in a generalist HR role and several years of leadership experience.
- Proven ability to develop and lead cross-organizational HR strategies.
