Your mission
- Lead-, manage- and develop the Operations department forGermanyRegion. Secure best in class direct sales and agency vehicle sales operations at any time. Ensure that quality targets and service level agreements are met and exceeded.
- Own the systems/processes in the vehicles sales operations department that are required to manage the rapid growth of the business.
- Define and implement a reliable framework to allow the company reaching its ambitious targets with a seamless integration of all vehicle sales operational processes.
- Manage continuously evolving capacity forecast models and methodologies, owning the quantitative analysis of the operations performance of the department.
- Develop relationships and closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as Sales department, externalSuppliers, IT, Finance and others. To create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases.
- Supervision of vehicle allocation and best in class vehicle stock management trough highly integrated systems and processes. Own the seamless integration and alignment of customer- and vehicle-readiness.
- Operationally executethe retail sales agency compensation plan, including payments, and bonus relevant operations.
- Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and secure solutions within a reasonable time frame.
- Demonstrate necessary flexibility to perform ad hoc duties alongside the regular department tasks.
- Support on all projects or temporary tasks in Vehicle Operations, as also inside Sales Projects
Your profile
- Minimum7+ years related working experiencein finished Vehicle Sales Management & Processing, include3+ years’ experience in leadership role
- Know-How in sales Operations forDealer and Agency Modelalesales scenarios and related systems-/ tools-/ process
- Hands-on mindset, able to adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to establish external and internal relationships and engage with business stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
- Self-structured and well-organized way of working
- C2 Level of German language skills both written and oral
- At least one of the English or Chinese languages is at a professional level both written and oral
