As Lead Marketing Technology Architect (Principal Consultant) at Onemedia Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ marketing technology landscape. You will develop data-driven marketing strategies, implement cutting-edge solutions, and drive the seamless integration of marketing automation platforms like Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe RTCDP .

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Consulting to drive the evolution of our consulting portfolio , ensuring that technological advancements and strategic execution go hand in hand. While you fuel innovation and MarTech excellence , the Head of Consulting ensures that our methodologies deliver real-world impact and lasting client success .

Your mission

As a Lead MarTech Architect , you are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on expert. Your role includes :

  • Defining and implementing marketing technology strategies for our clients.
  • Overseeing the integration and optimization of marketing automation tools.
  • Acting as the bridge between marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Leading and executing large-scale, complex marketing technology projects .
  • Sharing expertise across the organization to enhance overall knowledge and capabilities .
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and advising clients on emerging MarTech innovations .

Your profile

  • Have profound expertise in marketing technology, automation, and customer data platforms.
  • Have experience managing complex MarTech ecosystems , ideally with Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Are a Marketo Certified Solutions Architect (Master) and hold additional Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer).
  • Are well-connected within the Adobe ecosystem and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
  • Have extensive experience leading large and complex projects in marketing technology.
  • Have a consultative mindset and can communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders .
  • Are fluent in English (C1 level or higher). German language skills are a plus
  • Can work remotely, but must reside within the European Union.
