Job Description

As a Lead Software Engineer(m/f/d), you will help your team develop technically flawless solutions for complex problems. We are migrating from old monolithic application into modern style architecture and solutions. We strongly believe in “you build it, you run it” and “collaboration culture” principles, where you and the team are in the frontlines and driving the change together!

Your Responsibilities

• Work as a part of an international and cross-functional team of software and QA engineers to create and improve solutions focused on our customer’s needs
• Design, validate and advocate architecture designs for your team verticals
• Drive technical discussions and decisions with your team
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
• Work towards continuous delivery of our software, optimize ongoing development processes and software solutions through your input and experience
• Design and implement state of the art code to deliver best performance of our software to our customers

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in web development (JavaScript,PHP, HTML, CSS)
• 4+ years of experience with Node.js, ReactJs, TypeScript and GraphQL
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience in DevOps technologies and you share our believe in "you build it, you run it"
• Proven track record of leading and delivering technical projects
• Ability and curiosity about new technologies, you love to validate your ideas hands on in form of POC software and RFC documents
• Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving aptitude, always aiming for high-quality code
• Agile methods and structured requirements are nothing new to you and you like to have it this way
• You are the first to jump into action and can learn and adapt quickly in agile way
• You speak and write in English fluently
