Client Server in Berlin is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive design and delivery of scalable, data-intensive applications using Golang, React, REST APIs and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS). It’s a hands-on leadership role guiding a multidisciplinary team, with architecture, coding and technical decision making at the core.

You’ll champion modern engineering practices, leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, and have the opportunity to progress into Engineering Management as the team grows.

Lead Full Stack Engineer / Developer (Golang React API GCP) Berlin / WFH to €95,000

Do you enjoy working with a range of programming languages, taking ownership and leading projects?

You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer role at one of Europe's most successful media streaming media platforms whose B2B data and analytics platform helps record labels, artists and music executives discover emerging talent and understand fan behaviour.

Your role:

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer you'll lead the design and delivery of scalable, data-intensive applications that process vast amounts of music and audience data.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a small, multidisciplinary team, defining technical direction while remaining actively involved in architecture, coding and technical decision making. Collaborating with Product and Design, you'll translate business goals into elegant technical solutions and ensure the delivery of secure, high performance software.

You'll also champion modern engineering practices, leveraging AI assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining exceptional code quality. As the team grows, you'll have the opportunity to progress into an Engineering Management position.

Location / WFH:

You'll join colleagues in the Berlin office, with flexibility to work form home twice a week.

About you:

• You have strong hands-on full stack software engineering experience with Golang, React, REST APIs, GCP and / or AWS and have a good knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices and IaC tools such as Terraform
• You're comfortable running projects, providing technical guidance / mentoring and collaborating across teams
• You have experience of working on highly available, critical systems
• You're comfortable using AI tools in your daily tasks to increase efficiency
