We are seeking a Lead Front End Developer to join our leadership team at NEXT Data Service AG. Based in Berlin, with opportunities across Germany, you will lead a team of experts and young professionals, focusing on critical topics in front-end development within a consulting environment.

Salary: 90,000 - 125,000 € | Berlin + surrounding area | Flexible working hours/locations

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of 5 experts and young professionals, focusing on key topics.
• Project Leadership: Oversee development projects, ensuring schedule and quality standards are met and improved.
• Capacity Planning & Recruitment: Allocate team members effectively and support hiring processes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines across projects.

What You Bring

• Leadership drive and experience in front-end development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
