• Responsible for planning complex TGA solutions focusing on one of the trades: sanitation, heating, cooling, or room air technology (HLSK) in the context of high-tech industry projects, according to the full scope of HOAI phases (planning, tendering, awarding).
• Planning responsibility within general planning and EPCM projects for assigned sub-projects.
• Participation in shaping the TGA planning process within general planning and collaborative work with internal and external specialized planning teams.
• Application of quality management systems according to company standards.
• Technical leadership of the trades team within the project team.
• Perspective on development into the role of overall project and planning management for building services engineering.
• Successfully completed studies in electrical, supply, building services, building climate, or energy technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in the technical planning of industrial projects at a general planning company or TGA specialist planning office.
• Knowledge of TGA, especially in relevant trades, and experience with complex projects.
• Proficient use of industry software (e.g., CAD, CAE, BIM).
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form.
• Structured, autonomous, and interdisciplinary working style.
