Come be a part of the amazing team in Prairieville, Louisiana. We are looking for a motivated Electrician to lead an installation team within the residential generator space.

This company is locally owned and operated, with experienced and factory-trained technicians who are committed to each customer. Licensed in electrical and mechanical contracting, our team offers turn-key installations, periodic maintenance, services, and warranty repairs on Generac generators for our clients.

What you’ll do:

Lead an installation team on electrical projects within a residential setting.
Conduct installations and services for home standby generators.
Keep your team motivated, offer constructive feedback, be hands-on with your work, and provide excellent customer service to homeowners.
Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing of mechanical and electrical systems.
Knowledge of electrical tools, precision measuring equipment, basic electronic test equipment, along with various other tools common to this trade
Communicate with customers regarding the electrical work being performed, as well as making any necessary recommendations of services.
Local travel to the surrounding community.

What you’ll bring:

3+ years of experience within residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work.
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Generator installation/service experience is a plus.
Proficient with electrical codes, regulations, and safety.
Knowledge of wiring, high voltage systems, troubleshooting, and reading blueprints.
Valid driver's license.
