Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for our solutions, from initial scoping and planning through to deployment and go-live.
• Provide expert-level (3rd line) support and complex troubleshooting for escalated client issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities, including technical demonstrations, solution design, and effort estimation.

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Expert-level proficiency in end-to-end implementations of SAP SF Employee Central Payroll for Germany
• Business fluency in German (C1 minimum)
• Excellent knowledge of Labour Law and Compliance in German HR
• Deep Expertise in German Payroll processes
• Ability to start on October 14th 2025.
