Lead Development Executive, DACH (all genders)
Join our dynamic team as a Lead Development Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth in the DACH market. You'll work in a collaborative environment, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative strategies to generate and qualify leads, ensuring a robust pipeline for our sales team.
Identify and engage target accounts within the assigned region (DACH)
Coordinate proactive outreach programs, consistently aligned with sales and marketing objectives, through calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest and develop leads into opportunities
Qualify prospects based on established criteria and frameworks to deliver robust pipeline contribution
Follow and proactively suggest process improvements to ensure optimal handover of qualified opportunities to sales teams
Utilize data enrichment, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), sales management, and cadence tools to track outreach activities, update lead details, and ensure record accuracy
Collaborate within marketing to refine messaging and essential discussion points, provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, and align outreach strategies with marketing programs
You have experience in lead generation and qualification within a sales or marketing environment
You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients
You are proficient in using CRM systems and other sales management tools
You have a proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to suggest and implement process improvements
You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can align strategies with broader marketing and sales objectives
