We're looking a Product Design Lead to join one of Europes fastest-growing startups, onsite in Berlin.

You'll lead a team of four product designers while remaining hands-on (approximately 30% management, 70% execution). We're looking for an experienced designer who takes a business first approach. The focus on this opening is to bring someone into the business who wants to make design the most important contributor to the products success.

We have scaled to 20+ million users within four years of launching the app and are consistently growing at 500k new users per month.

• 5+ years experience in Product Design (Ideally B2C)
• Prior experience in owning the design function end-to-end
• Passionate about leading from both hands on strategic level
• Worked in a fast paced, dynamic environment, delivering at speed
• Happy to work onsite five days per week in Berlin, Mitte.
