Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyse and resolve network hardware and software connectivity issues.
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Wireless access points and controllers.
3. Perform network infrastructure remote monitoring and management using SolarWinds network monitoring tool.
4. Respond to incoming tickets, troubleshoot, and escalate, if necessary.
5. Conduct network trends analysis for capacity planning and proactive fault finding.
6. Perform root cause analysis of network syslog and documentation.
7. Work with TAC as and when required.
8. Possess good knowledge and hands-on experience with Network administration.
9. Have hands-on experience with wireless technology, specifically Extreme & Cisco.
10. Possess extensive knowledge of switching and routing.
11. Conduct performance tuning and bandwidth monitoring.
12. Maintain and support services/hardware under network team responsibility.
13. Contribute to documentation, review standards, and operational procedures.
14. Troubleshoot issues on different network platforms (LAN, Wireless).
15. Provide RCA of major incidents/problems.
16. Be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts.

Qualifications Required:

• Strong knowledge in network administration processes and concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• The following certifications are a plus: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, ITIL V3 or ITIL V4.
• Experience with technology SDLAN (CISCO SDA), CISCO DNAC, CISCO ISE, BIG IP, DDI, and SDWAN – CISCO.
• Experience in troubleshooting routing (OSPF / BGP routing protocols), VPN, and Wireless.
• Knowledge of tools like LogicMonitor, Solarwinds, Thousand Eyes, CISCO Spaces.
• Good knowledge of Security Technologies.
