Job Description

Your role and responsibilities:

In the role of Lead Consultant, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statements, review and analyze requirements specifications from business needs, support creation of to-be flows, conduct fit-gap analysis, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and perform testing. For high-complexity projects, you will configure solutions, build application/process solutions, implement deployment plans, and resolve data migration and cut-over issues. You will support knowledge transfer to ensure high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions within Infosys guidelines. This role promotes teamwork, collaboration, excellence, and diversity.

Location: Anywhere in the EU

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• IT experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics Finance & Operations.
• Several years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in SCM processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory to Deliver, Plan to Produce).
• Ability to lead SCM projects for clients.
• Certification in D Finance is an advantage.
• Strong industry knowledge and best practices.
• Advanced analysis skills for resolving complex client scenarios.
• High-impact communication skills, business acumen, customer orientation, planning and coordination skills.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of proposal building methods.
• Project management experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Basic domain knowledge of the facility management industry.

The role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, with communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required.
