Your role

As a Lead Consultant, you will plan for and ensure the quality and timeliness of activities related to the design, build, and implementation of work products. You will participate in requirements elicitation, architecture analysis, create and review designs, and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing, analysis & solutioning, and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized, high-quality deliverables. You will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• German proficiency level of C1 / C2 (minimum) and ability to speak in English
• Knowledge of multiple SDLC models
• Knowledge of relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL
• Knowledge of estimation methodologies to plan and meet project goals
• Knowledge of different models of maintenance & support, SLA frameworks, transition processes, and portfolio analysis tools
• Knowledge of change control processes & tools, including traceability matrices
• Proactive convergence across multiple interdependent teams and conflict resolution
• Ability to analyze, improve systems, resolve issues, and build client confidence

Technical Experience

• Experience in J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Restful Web Services
• Strong knowledge of web services, microservices, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Experience with Restful APIs, Hibernate, Spring, JPA, XML, XSD, WSDL
• Experience with Oracle Database
• Experience in the Automobile domain

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification is a plus
• Oracle and Java certifications are a plus
