As a Lead Consultant, you will focus on optimizing our clients' core processes and maximizing their business potential through current technologies. You will be at the forefront of driving AI strategies that support and achieve the clients' business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic consulting: Advise clients on developing and implementing AI strategies aligned with their business objectives.
2. Project management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and modeling to implementation and results presentation.
3. Innovative solutions: Identify new applications of data science and artificial intelligence for clients.
4. Customer relationships: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and serve as the main contact for data-related issues.
5. Knowledge transfer: Promote knowledge sharing within the team and support professional development.
6. Quality assurance: Ensure all data analyses and models meet high standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Professional experience: Several years in data science or AI, preferably in consulting, with proven project and team leadership.
2. Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, with knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualization, cloud platforms, and AI architecture.
3. Project management: Experience managing projects within schedules and budgets.
4. Communication skills: Full professional proficiency in German; excellent verbal and written skills to communicate complex issues and present to executives and clients.
5. Teamwork: Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
6. Customer focus: High service orientation and understanding of customer needs.
7. Language proficiency: German B2 and English B2 level.
