Zusammenfassung

RED invites an experienced Lead Business Solution Architect SAP FINANCE and CONTROLLING for a freelance B2B engagement beginning 9 November 2026. The contract starts remotely, with occasional travel to southern Bavaria, and runs initially until 11 December 2026 for a Discovery Period, with potential extension.

The role requires fluent English and German, deep SAP FICO and S/4HANA expertise, and the ability to lead architecture across finance and controlling domains on a long-term project.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a lead architect in SAP FICO/Finance & Controlling.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA with finance modules and IFRS/GAAP awareness.
• Ability to manage B2B freelance engagements and remote delivery.

Aufgaben

• Design and lead SAP FIN/CO architecture for client projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional finance processes and deployments.
• Liaise with client teams; ensure timely delivery during discovery and extension periods.

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED has now a new opportunity for a LEAD Business Solution Architect SAP FINANCE and CONTROLLING experience to start 9th of November on a B2B freelance 1+ months contract, long term project, remote, English and German writing and speaking.

• Initial contract until 11 DEC 2026 for a Discovery Period then extension, long term project
• Hybrid business trips to client’s office would be needed occasionaly ( southern Bavaria) expected 1 per month

• Fluent in English and German written and spoken, (FLUENT GERMAN IS A MUST TO HAVE)

Nice to Have

• High-level understanding of products capabilities, functionality, and technologies of SAP S/4HANA (Logistics), CFin, PaPM, BPC, IBP, and related deployment options
• High-level understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting processes and principles
• Knowledge of sales process cycle, account, and go-to-market planning in IT service sales
• Expertise in frameworks: PMP, SAP Architectural and Design Thinking, TOGAF
